With expertise in ownership, acquisition, development, construction, management, and entitlements, the company has developed, constructed, and managed over 1.3 million square feet of Class-A, institutional-grade self-storage and RV/boat facilities in Oklahoma and North Texas. 720 Companies has also acquired over 500,000 square feet of property, maintaining offices in both Frisco, Texas, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
PassCo Properties, founded in 2020, is a nimble and specialized firm with a focus on the development and acquisition of self-storage and industrial properties. Based in Saint Louis, Missouri, and Boulder, Colorado, PassCo has swiftly built a portfolio of ground-up self-storage facilities and value-add properties. With a focus on opportunistic ventures, the firm has delivered, owned, and disposed of approximately 400,000 square feet of self-storage facilities, with an emphasis on projects in Missouri, Colorado, and the Eastern United States. Together, through Hawk Hill Capital, these two companies are leveraging their expertise and resources to target high-growth opportunities in the self-storage and industrial real estate sectors.
